LHFA Departments

The Louisiana Housing Finance Agency offers a menu of federally administered programs designed to further the development of affordable single family and multi-family housing opportunities for Louisianians. LHFA provides access to financial resources for the development and management of decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing. The Agency's programs serve first-time homebuyers, renters, seniors and other populations with special needs who may be unable to afford quality housing.
