Description for Housing Trust Fund:

The Louisiana Housing Trust Fund was enacted in June 2003 during the Regular Legislative Session. The fund, which will be administered by the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency (LHFA), will create affordable housing for very low, low and moderate-income individuals and families. It will enhance and create a wide-range of affordable housing activities that help revitalize neighborhoods, promote home ownership and build and rehabilitate rental housing throughout the state.

Housing Trust Fund Meetings & Minutes

The Housing Trust Fund application submission deadline has been extended to June 30, 2008 and all waiver requests are due to the LHFA by June 18, 2008.
