Housing Tax Credit Application Documents
The State of
Louisiana, through the Governor’s office and the Louisiana Housing
Finance Agency, stands behind its commitment to the Department of
Housing and Urban Development’s enterprise zone and renewal community
initiative. Due to a technical error, references to renewal community
and HUB zones were deleted from the revised QAP and application after
the public notice and public hearing. This corrected application
provides for the award of 30 points for renewal community and 15 points
for HUB zones in keeping with the intent of the Governor and LHFA and
our commitment to HUD. The changes to the application are subject to
ratification by the Board at its August 10, 2005, meeting when the QAP
will be adjusted to accurately reflect incorporation of renewal
community and HUB zones. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused.
